An intelligent and attractive 24-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona was self-conscious of her small B cup breasts. She was wearing a 34 B, but did not fully fill it out. She desired to achieve a natural looking C cup for her frame of 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 pounds. We used bilateral 375 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants. These were placed via the crease incision and under the muscle. After surgery, she demonstrates improved symmetry. She now wears a beautiful 34 C cup, but can also fit a 32 D.
