Breast Augmentation - Case: 25012
This 25-year-old lady came seeking better looking breasts. For several years she had become self-conscious of her breasts and had a lower self-esteem. Although she had been a fuller B cup in the recent past, lately her breasts had loss volume and even appeared to begin the process of sagging. She had no children, but had lost a bit of weight recently. The examination revealed deflation and asymmetry of her breasts. She decided on having her breast augmentation performed via the breast crease incision using silicone breast implants. Both implants were placed under the muscles with the right side receiving a 375 cc moderate plus silicone gel breast implant and the left side a 400 cc moderate plus silicone gel breast implant. The patient derived a nice amount of symmetry and went from a 34A to a 34C that was full and has given her a better self-esteem.
