A 21-year-old woman from Mesa, Arizona came in looking for what she called seriously bigger breasts. At 4 feet 11 inches tall and 116 pounds, she is a B cup and requested a Full D cup. Three months after breast augmentation we see her with 450 cc Moderate Plus silicone gel breast implants placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She wears a D cup after breast surgery and is extremely comfortable with her new figure and extremely happy that she has more cleavage after cosmetic surgery.
