After experiencing weight loss and volume loss, this 20-year-old woman wanted to have more fullness and better cleavage. At 5 feet and 5 inches and 135 pounds, she wanted to have breast surgery for two years because she could never fit into bras well with her small and asymmetric breasts. She is shown 2.5 months after breast surgery in which the breast crease was lowered, the bottom of the breast was expanded using breast radial incisions, and asymmetrical volume breast implants were placed. She had a 400 cc saline filled breast implant on the right and 365 cc on the left using a dual plane pocket.
