A 44-year-old lady requested breast augmentation because she had very deflated breasts. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 132 pounds before surgery and is wearing an A cup bra before the procedure. Seven months later we see her with 325 cc smooth Moderate Plus saline-filled implants placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She has a Full C cup and new figure after surgery.
