For this section, we have a 20-year-old woman with an A cup on the right breast and a B cup on the left. She requested saline breast implants, solid upper pole of the breast fullness, better cleavage and improved symmetry. The after photos show her 7.5 weeks after breast augmentation surgery via a crease incision and under the muscle. On the right the breast implant was filled to 280 cc and on the left, to 255 cc for the best symmetry possible. In addition, a procedure to lower the crease with an expansion of the bottom of the breasts was performed.
