After looking for four years for a plastic surgeon to perform breast enhancement, this 29-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona wanted to obtain a natural looking full C cup. She is 5 feet 6 inches and 138 pounds and wears a small B cup. We used 440 cc Smooth Moderate Plus Saline breast implants on both breasts and placed them under the muscle via a crease incision.
