This 23-year-old lady requested a breast augmentation from an AAA to a Full C cup. Her goal was to achieve better symmetry and cleavage for her 5 feet 4 inches and 106 pounds frame. She wanted saline breast implants to obtain perkier breasts. Her photos show her six months after breast enhancement with 350 cc High Profile saline breast implants on both sides placed through the crease.
