A nice 31-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested a proportional and natural breast augmentation for her 5 feet 1 inches and 98 pound frame. Her right breast was significantly smaller than her left breast. She wanted bigger breasts and more symmetry, but not any bigger than a small D cup. During breast augmentation surgery, we placed a 400 cc moderate plus silicone breast implant in the right breast and a 400 cc moderated plus silicone breast implant in the left breast. Both implants were placed under the muscles with a dual plane technique and a crease incision. Her breasts are now a nice D cup that are proportionate and fit nicely with her body.
