A nice 27-year-old woman from Arizona requested a proportional and natural breast augmentation. She wanted a D cup with more symmetry that would also be proportionate to her 5 feet 8 inches and 158 pounds body. During her breast augmentation surgery, we placed a 450cc moderate plus silicone breast implant in the smaller right breast and a 400cc moderate plus silicone breast implant on the bigger left breast. Both breast implants were placed under the muscles with a dual plane technique and using a crease incision. Her photos now show her with much better symmetry and bigger, fuller breasts.
