After having two children, this 28-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona considered her breasts to be too small and very soft. She wanted to improve the size of her breasts and go very big! She wanted to go from an A cup to a very full D cup that would be round, high, and fake looking. For her, the rounder, the better. She is in good health, 5 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs 99 pounds.
A 550 cc volume was used, with a high profile saline breast implant placed on each side. The breast implants were placed using a crease incision and under the muscle. She made an excellent recovery after her breast surgery. Her new breasts are just what she wanted. With an improved confidence, she really appreciates the roundness and improved cleavage after breast surgery. Her friends have noticed the change and compliment her on how good she looks.
