This case started with a 30-year-old lady from Surprise, Arizona was looking to have her mommy makeover performed by a top plastic surgeon who could meet her interest in a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. In her opinion, her breasts were still perky and not saggy, but her concern was that her right breast was smaller and tighter than the left breast. She wanted a bigger cup size with the most natural result possible. Before surgery, she was wearing a 36 B cup and requested a small D cup with better symmetry. She is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds.
She did a lot of research about silicone breast implants and saline breast implants. We felt that silicone breast implants would give her the best results. Her mommy makeover was performed using Mentor’s MemoryGel cohesive silicone breast implants placed under the muscles. On the right, a 400 cc moderate plus silicone breast implant was placed. On the left, a 375 cc moderate plus silicone breast implant was placed.
A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. She preferred to go home after her mommy makeover surgery, rather than stay overnight in our facilities, and had an excellent recovery. Her breasts are now more symmetrical and feel softer and more natural. She is feeling very confident with her new figure that developed after her mommy makeover tummy tuck with breast augmentation surgery.
