This 30-year-old lady from Phoenix, Arizona was interested in a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. Her request was for a fuller breast cup to achieve the most natural result possible. Before breast surgery, she was wearing a 36 B cup and requested a small D cup. She is in good health, 5 feet 1 inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds. After going through our recommendations, she decided on a mommy makeover type 1, breast augmentation and tummy tuck.
Her mommy makeover was performed using 450 cc moderate plus saline breast implants placed under the muscles for her breast augmentation. A tummy tuck was also performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of 800 cc of unwanted fat from her body. A pain-reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. She wears a small D cup after breast surgery.
