This is the story of a 26-year-old lady originally from Mesa, Arizona who requested breast augmentation in Scottsdale. She was concerned about her very small breasts and wanted to go from an AA cup to a Full C cup. Her goal was to achieve a comfortable C cup and very good cleavage. Previous to breast augmentation, she is 5 feet 7 inches and 124 pounds. She wanted silicone breast implants to obtain the softest most natural result possible with her cosmetic surgery. She did not want just bigger breasts but a result that would look nice. We carefully listened to her desires and recommended a size that would look proportionate. She is shown six months after breast augmentation with 350cc High Profile silicone breast implants on both sides placed through a crease incision to get her that Full C cup with improved cleavage.
