This 31-year-old lady has asymmetry and is an A cup on the right and a small B cup on the left. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and 125 pounds and requested a full D cup after surgery with better symmetry. Her after photos show her three months after breast augmentation using smooth saline filled Moderate Plus Profile implants placed via the crease and under the muscle. She had 460 cc on the right and 450 cc on the left side. She has a D cup and improved symmetry.
