Although her breasts were still perky after childbirth, this 24-year-old woman from Gilbert, Arizona wanted to improve the breast symmetry on her 36 B cup to a full D cup. Her concern was that her right breast was smaller than the left. She is in good health, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs 123 pounds.
In the right breast, a 420cc moderate plus saline breast implant was used. On the left breast, a 400cc moderate plus saline breast implant was used. They were both placed using a crease incision and under the muscle. After her excellent recovery, she let me know that her breasts are symmetrical, feel soft and natural and her new figure has given her much more confidence in herself.
