A mommy makeover with breast augmentation and tummy tuck was the goal for this 25-year-old lady. In her opinion, her breasts were not perky and had become very deflated from breast-feeding. She requested to have a fuller cup. The big priority for her was to achieve the most natural result possible using silicone breast implants. Before breast surgery, she was wearing a 34 A cup and requested a small D cup. She is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 138 pounds. Her mommy makeover was performed using Mentor 425cc moderate plus silicone gel filled breast implants placed under the muscles using a dual plane technique for her breast augmentation. A tummy tuck was also performed using the very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of 550cc of unwanted fat from her body. A pain-reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. Her cosmetic surgery operation was performed at a certified facility in Scottsdale, and she stayed overnight in her own private room. Her recovery was excellent. She now feels that her breasts feel soft and natural, and she is more confident with her new figure that developed after her mommy makeover.
