A 27-year-old lady requested breast augmentation and wanted to have better symmetry and a small C up after cosmetic surgery. She is 5 feet 6 inches and 125 pounds and is wearing an A cup before breast surgery. Her results show her four months after breast augmentation using smooth saline filled Moderate Plus Profile implants. She had 310 cc on the left and 330 cc on the right breast placed with an areola incision and under the pectoralis muscle.
