Here we have a 20-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested a proportional and natural breast enhancement. Although her left breast was smaller than her right breast, what really bothered her was a saggy right breast. She wanted to have a small D cup after cosmetic surgery that was bigger, but not too big for her small frame of 5 feet 5 inches and 125 pounds. Not wanting a traditional breast lift at her young age, she opted to go for an areola breast lift only.
Using Moderate Profile saline breast implants, 480 cc were placed on the smaller left breast and 425 cc on the saggy right breast. Both implants were placed under the muscles with a dual plane technique and a crease incision. At her last visit, she let us know she now has all the confidence in the world because her breasts are nicely proportioned to her body and show much better symmetry. The areola incision for the breast lift has been a source of great satisfaction as it allowed her to have a breast lift without additional scarring.
