Better symmetry was what this 29-year-old lady requested. At 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 147 pounds, she was wearing a B cup on the right and an A cup on the left, and requested a full D cup. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation surgery using smooth saline filled breast implants with 450cc on the right and 470cc on the left side and a Moderate Plus Profile placed through a crease incision under the muscle.
