A 26-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona requested breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. Before her breast surgery, she was 5 feet 9 inches, weighed 130 pounds and had an A cup. She wanted to be a small C cup. In her after breast augmentation photos, she is shown 4 months after breast surgery. We used 275cc Smooth MemoryGel Silicone breast implants under the muscle via crease incisions. She ended up with a nice C cup and a boost in her self-esteem.
