She wanted to increase her breast size from an A cup to no more than a full C cup but also wanted a soft and natural result for her 5 feet 7 inches and 130 pounds frame. Her choice was silicone breast implants placed under the muscle and through the crease incision. She decided to go with asymmetric volumes to improve the symmetry between her breasts. On the right, a 400 cc silicone breast implant was placed and on the left, a 375 cc silicone breast implant was placed.
