At 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds, this 28-year-old Mesa, AZ resident wanted a Full C cup size. This wonderful young lady who reported lifelong small A cup breasts and asymmetrical breasts decided on achieving ideal results and symmetry using natural feeling silicone breast implants. The size asymmetry was the most bothersome symptom, while the minor nipple asymmetry was acceptable to the patient. The benign fatty tumor (lipoma) under her right fold did bother her and we removed it as part of this operation. To address her size asymmetry concerns we recommended two different breast implants with different sizes, height, and width for best post-surgery symmetry results.
