This is a 27 year old patient who lives in Show Low, Arizona. Before surgery, she had severe post-gestational deflation of her breasts with mild glandular ptosis. She also developed severe asymmetry of the mammary fold position. She had a breast augmentation with 5th generation cohesive gummy bear Natrelle Inspira Cohesive 485cc breast implants placed under the pectoral muscle in a dual plane surgery. She is shown 3.5 months after breast augmentation surgery.
