Here is a case of a 32-year-old mother who was looking to have breast augmentation done in Arizona. At 5 feet 7 inches and 127 pounds, she lacked the appropriate breast shape, had slight deflation, creases that were tight, and a lower breast pole that was poorly developed. Her goal was to go from a small B cup to a small D cup using the most natural feeling breast implants. Her right breast received a 425 cc silicone breast implant and a 400 cc silicone breast implant on the left side. In addition, she had a slight lowering of the tight creases and surgical expansion of the lower breast poles for a more balanced look. Now we see her here with improved cleavage and a beautiful small D cup.
