Patients with scoliosis come in regularly and this pleasant 32-year-old woman from Phoenix with a 34AA cup was no exception. Breast augmentation is something she considered for five years. When examined from the front, she is noted to have significant scoliosis as you can see her left shoulder is much higher than the right side so the left breast looks higher on the chest. She decided on silicone breast implants because these have a lower risk of showing ripples in small-breasted women so we placed 400 cc moderate plus implants under the muscle and through the crease in her case. Her thin frame of 5 feet 7 inches tall, and 131 pounds now shows off her full C cup.
