This young lady was very self-conscious about her 32A breasts. She considered herself to be fairly small and desired a bigger cup that would enhance her lifestyle. She wanted to achieve a smaller D cup with better cleavage. She had some mild asymmetry before the operation. She is tall and thin at 5 feet 7 inches and 110 pounds prior to surgery. We used 400 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants on each side placed via the crease incision and under the muscle. After surgery, she demonstrates improved symmetry and cleavage. She can wear a fabulous 32 D bra.
