This is a 38 year old patient who lives in Gilbert, Arizona. Before surgery,the patient was noted to have glandular ptosis which typically develops with weight loss and/or post gestation. Glandular ptosis patients are good candidates for under the pectoral muscle dual plane breast augmentation. She had a breast augmentation with 5th generation cohesive gummy bear style Mentor MemoryGel Boost 430 cc moderate plus round breast implants. She is shown 2 months after breast augmentation surgery. She achieved a solid D cup after surgery.
