After working hard to lose 70 pounds after her school year, this 24-year-old became interested in breast augmentation surgery and liposuction. As a result, she experienced deflation of the breasts, low volume, and lack of cleavage. She is 5 feet 7.5 inches and 155 pounds.
We worked with her to create a plan, which would take her breasts from a deflated 36A cup to an exciting 36C cup. The recommendations for her breasts included using a 425 cc moderate plus silicone breast implant on the right and a 400 cc moderate plus silicone breast implant on the left to obtain better symmetry. The volume created a nice improvement in her symmetry and beautiful cleavage, which is nicely demonstrated in her before and after breast augmentation photos, taken two months after surgery. For her arms, power-assisted liposuction was performed.
