Here is a 28-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona who did a lot of research on saline and silicone breast implants. She was 5 feet 5 inches and 132 pounds with an A cup. Extremely conscious of her small breasts, she wanted bigger breasts that would not be too big. The most she wanted was a full C cup. Ultimately, she chose silicone breast implants. She is shown with 375cc smooth Moderate Plus silicone breast implants placed via the crease incision and under the muscle. Her self-esteem has increased since she received her full C cup.
