Referred by her cousin who had breast implant surgery with us, this 23-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested a proportional breast augmentation. Starting with an A cup and slight breast asymmetry, she wanted bigger breasts and more fullness, but not any bigger than a small D cup. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 122 pounds.
During her breast augmentation surgery, we placed a 400 cc moderate plus saline breast implant in the right breast and a 425 cc moderate plus saline breast implant in the smaller left breast. Both implants were placed under the muscles with a dual plane technique and a crease incision. After surgery, her photos show her with a nice D cup that was proportionate and fit nicely with her body.
