At 5 feet 1 inch and 126 pounds, this 33-year-old Phoenix, AZ resident wanted a D cup size. This lovely patient presented with small asymmetrical breasts and moderate breast asymmetry. Her asymmetry was so dramatic that we recommended different size breast implants. We carried out a subpectoral breast augmentation with very nice results. The liposuction of the lateral breast axilla resulted in a nice thinning effect. Her after photos show her at 2 months post-bilateral breast augmentation with 415cc on the left and 450cc on the right full profile silicone responsive breast implants with under-the-breast crease incisions and wall-assisted liposuction (WAL) of the paraxilla.
