At 5 feet 4 inches and 149 pounds, this 29-year-old Scottsdale, AZ resident wanted a C cup size. Her examination demonstrated small, asymmetrical breasts with moderate asymmetry. She was athletic with well-built pectoral muscles. Due to her asymmetry, we recommended different size breast implants. Despite these deficiencies, we recommended a subpectoral breast augmentation with very nice results. Her after photos show her at 2 months post-bilateral breast augmentation with 415cc full profile silicone responsive breast implants on the left and 385cc on the right, with under-the-breast crease incisions.
