After having two kids, this mom from Carefree, Arizona said her breasts were small. She was interested in breast augmentation and removal of extra-mammary tissue in the axilla to improve her breast cup size to a solid D cup. Before her breast augmentation, she was wearing a 36 B cup. She is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 125 pounds.
To achieve her look, we used 450 cc moderate plus under the muscle via a crease incision. Her breast tissue in the armpit was removed using an incision high in the axilla. We removed the extra skin in the armpit with this incision. Breast augmentation surgery is an outpatient surgery so she went home after surgery and had an excellent recovery. She let us know that her breasts have better symmetry, feel softer and more natural, and have boosted her confidence.
