This 31-year-old mom was concerned with the deflation of her breasts, asymmetry and lack of shape on her 5 feet 2 inches and 140 pound frame. After her consultation, we recommended breast augmentation, saline filled breasts implants and volume of augmentation to achieve a full C or a small D cup. She is shown 6.5 weeks after a dual plane breast augmentation using round saline filled breast implants filled to 425 cc on the smaller right side and 400 cc on the fuller left side.
