This 45-year-old, 5'4", 125-lb patient from Phoenix had previously undergone a breast reduction out of state with another surgeon. After losing 110 lbs, which caused significant breast deflation, she underwent surgery with Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Aldo Guerra, MD, FACS. Dr. Guerra performed a bilateral breast augmentation with 385 cc Silicone Soft Touch breast implants with under the breast crease incisions. He also performed bilateral wedge skin excisions and GalaFlex mesh insertion for added support. She went from a B cup to a C+/D- cup, depending on the bra manufacturer.

Her breast augmentation before and after photos are shown at 2.5 months postoperatively.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your in-office consultation or virtual consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in a $100 fee charged to the credit card on file.

If you have already used your free consultation, a $100 non-refundable fee is required for a second consultation. This $100 fee may be applied toward your surgical quote if you proceed with surgery.

Non-Surgical Procedures
A $25 non-refundable appointment fee is required for all non-surgical procedures. Two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid this fee.
