Concerned with cleavage that was small and too wide apart, this 26-year-old woman wanted to establish a natural cleavage and a proportionate breast cup size. At 5 feet 7 inches and 131 pounds, she did not want her breast augmentation to make her look too big, and so she requested a C cup. For this breast augmentation, we used "gummy bear style" silicone breast implants sized at 375 cc on each side. The moderate plus profile, when used with this body shape, allows for maintenance of increased cleavage without widening her chest. She is now a very comfortable 34 C cup.
