This 28-year-old, 5'8" and 150 lbs from Gilbert, Arizona chose subfascial breast augmentation to enhance upper pole fullness and achieve a fuller D cup appearance. Dr. Aldo Guerra performed the procedure using cohesive silicone breast implants placed through inframammary fold incisions for a natural yet fuller contour. Due to concerns related to skin elasticity, bilateral GalaFLEX mesh insertion was used to provide additional internal support and help maintain long-term breast shape. Her breast augmentation before and after photos were taken 2.5 months after surgery.
