Here is a 29-year old woman from Paradise Valley, Arizona who was referred by a relative who had surgery with us and was very happy with her results. This patient had a child and experienced lots of breast volume loss, deflation and asymmetry in her breasts as a result. She is a petite 5 feet 4 inches and 115 pounds with a 34B cup. She requested a full Cup that looks very natural. We used 385 cc Smooth Moderate Plus saline filled breast implant on the left and a 400 cc saline breast implant on the smaller right breast. Both were placed under the muscle via a crease incision. She now wears a full 34 C bra and has better symmetry.
