Here is a good example of someone who did not have kids but had experienced a little breast deflation as a result of weight loss. This young and attractive 27-year-old woman was petite at 5 feet, 0 inches and 111 pounds. Her goal was to go from a small A cup to a natural looking C cup. Before surgery, she had nice symmetry but did not have much cleavage. The choice for her was to go with our recommendation of 350 cc high profile silicone breast implants.
