Looking for a mommy makeover, this 23-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona requested breast implants and tummy tuck as a combined procedure. During her consult, she mentioned that after having kids she developed soft breasts that were somewhat deflated and slightly saggy. Her hips had almost no extra fat tissue so we did not recommend liposuction. She desired perkier breasts and a fuller D cup for her 5 feet 7 inches and 131 pounds frame and 34B cup. During breast augmentation surgery, we used Moderate Plus saline breast implants, 4oo cc on each side, with both placed under the pectoralis muscle. This achieved a mid D cup. We also performed a tummy tuck with no liposuction. She is shown three months after cosmetic mommy makeover surgery and likes her natural looking breast enhancement result.
