This case involves a 31-year-old lady who requested saline breast implants. Before the breast augmentation surgery, she was wearing a B cup and wanted to increase her bust to a nice D cup. Her hope was to achieve a better cleavage and an overall round shape. We recommended the use of a moderate plus saline breast implant, which enhances roundness and gives patients good forward projection, cleavage and upper breast pole volume. Using 400 cc breast implants, she can now wear either a 36 D or a 34 DD.
