This 20-year-old lady from Gilbert, Arizona requested breast augmentation with saline breast implants to go from a small B cup to a nice full C cup to fit her 5 feet 6 inches tall and 123 pounds body. Her right breast is smaller than her left breast before surgery so her goal was to establish a natural looking breast augmentation result and better symmetry. She is shown four months after breast augmentation. She has 375 cc Moderate Plus Profile saline filled breast implant placed on the right side and under the muscle. On the left, we placed a 325 cc Moderate Plus Profile saline filled breast implant under the muscle. The results have given her more confidence and better breast symmetry.
