A 26-year-old lady from Scottsdale wanted to go from an AA cup to a Full C cup using saline breast implants to achieve a natural result for her 4 feet 11 inches and 97 pound body. At the time, she mentioned her breasts were very deflated, partially saggy and soft. Her concern was that her breasts not look too large for her small frame but she wanted to restore her breast size as it was before having children.
Both saline breast implants and silicone breast implants were good options, but she really liked the look and feel of the saline breast implants. Upon further examination, we found that her left breast was much bigger than her right breast requiring us to place more saline on the right side. We placed a 325 cc High Profile saline breast implant under the muscle on the left side and a 375 cc High Profile saline breast implant on the right side. Both breast implants were placed using a crease incision. She has an excellent shape and now wears a 32 C Cup bra.
