A 25-year-old patient with small breast volume requested to go from a B cup to a full DD cup. She had always been relatively small and wanted to take this opportunity to achieve improved symmetry and better cleavage with a high and full upper pole. Her breast cup had not changed in over 4 years. She is 5 feet 6 inches and 131 pounds. Her photos show her 6.5 weeks after with 600 cc filled high profile saline filled breast implants. These were placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She has good cleavage and the upper pole fullness that she requested with a DD cup.
