A 25-year-old patient with small breast volume requested to go from a B cup to a full DD cup. She had always been relatively small and wanted to take this opportunity to achieve improved symmetry and better cleavage with high and full upper pole. Her breast cup had not changed in over 4 years. She is 5 feet 6 inches and 131 pounds. Her photos show her 6.5 weeks after with 600 cc filled high profile saline filled breast implants. These were placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She has good cleavage and the upper pole fullness that she requested with a DD cup.
