This 25-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She considered her breasts too small and slightly deflated and wanted a full C after surgery. Before breast implant surgery, she is wearing a 34B bra and is 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs 128 pounds. A 385 cc volume was used; with a moderate plus profile saline breast implant placed using a crease incision under the muscle. Before and after photos were taken four months after surgery.
