This 38-year-old lady wanted her breasts to be bigger and round, but not too big, with good symmetry, and better cleavage. She was noted to have poorly formed breasts and lacked the appropriate shape to the bottom of the breast pole. At 5 feet 3 inches and 128 pounds, she wears a 34A cup and requested a full C cup for after surgery. We recommended lowering the tight crease and expansion of the lower pole to give her a balanced look. Using 375 cc silicone filled breast implants, she was able to achieve roundness, wonderful proportion, and a full C cup with a great shape. Her cleavage is noted to be beautiful and nicely improved.
