After two kids, this 28-year-old lady from Carefree, Arizona was interested in breast augmentation with silicone breast implants and axillaplasty with removal of extra breast tissue to get her to a solid D cup after breast surgery. Before her cosmetic breast surgery, she was a 36B. She is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 125 pounds. During surgery we used silicone breast implants with 450 cc size and a moderate plus shape. These breast implants were placed under the muscle via a crease incision. Her breast tissue in the armpit was removed using a separate incision in the axilla. She went home after surgery and made a nice recovery. Her new D cup breasts are now symmetrical, feel soft and natural, and have given her more confidence.
