This is an intelligent 24-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who was self-conscious of her small B cup breasts. She did not fully fill out her bra with her current cup. She desired to achieve a natural looking small D cup for her petite frame of 5 feet 7 inches tall and 135 pounds. We used bilateral 350 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants that were placed via the crease incision and under the muscle. After surgery, she demonstrates improved symmetry. After surgery, she demonstrates beautiful cleavage and improved symmetry. She now wears a 34 D cup which she feels is well filled out.
